There is no birth registered at Walsall of a Fanny or Frances Hunt or Briscoe but there is baptism on 18/06/1856 of Frances Briscoe (mother Mary Briscoe of Bloxwich, no father).
She appears in the 1861 census as Fanny Hunt, daughter and she was clearly brought up as a member of the Hunt family.
